1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Elvira Tom Lee Scholarship Fund was created by the donor in 2017 to benefit those majoring in medical, educational, or social work related fields with the intent to work with individuals in a vulnerable population. Preferences (in order of priority) will be given to graduates of Maryknoll High School; and to first generation students or those formerly placed in the foster care system in the State of Hawaii.
