The Caroline Thorn Kissel Summer Environmental Studies Scholarship will be awarded to promote environmental studies by students who are residents of New Jersey or non-residents studying in New Jersey or its surrounding waters. Applicants must be undergraduates, graduate students, PhD or advanced degree candidates, or non-degree-seeking applicants above the high school level. Applicants must be either: (A) residents of New Jersey studying in New Jersey or elsewhere, or (B) non-residents of New Jersey pursuing study in the state or its surrounding waters. Applications must be submitted electronically or sent by mail to be received at GCA Headquarters in New York City.
