1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Conditional Grant Program is available to eligible students pursuing a degree in engineering or a TxDOT-approved operational business discipline. The Conditional Grant Program will consider both Texas public and private four-year institutions. Due to COVID-19, emailed applications are now accepted. Mail-in applications are still accepted until April 1 if you choose not to send via email. Applicants may be a graduating high school student who has a minimum overall (cumulative) high school GPA of 3.00, has a minimum score of 900 on the SAT, or has a minimum score of 21 on the ACT. Applicants may also be a student enrolled in an undergraduate program with a minimum overall (cumulative) GPA of 2.50. Recipients must agree to work for the department for two years immediately following the date of their receipt of their baccalaureate degree.
