1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The AIERF Minorities and Women College Scholarship will be awarded on the basis of academic excellence to finance the educational endeavors of minority and women students pursuing degrees, or with demonstrated interest, in real estate appraisal and/or valuation. Applicants must be majoring in real estate appraisal, land economics, real estate or allied fields and with a demonstrated interest in real estate appraisal and/or valuation at a U.S. degree granting college or university. The scholarship award must be used in the same academic year it is awarded. Preference will be given to applicants with an appraisal internship. Two letters of recommendation attesting to applicant's work ethic, character and pursuit of career in real estate appraisal, land economics, real estate or allied fields are required.
