1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The purpose of the Nancy Hartman Memorial Scholarship Fund is to honor Nancy Hartman by assisting students who have attended schools she was involved in for more than 33 years of her career. Nancy was involved in teaching and substitute teaching in the Clarksburg MO, California MO, and Tipton MO school districts. Applicants must have attended Clarksburg High School, Tipton High School, or California High School in Missouri. Applicants must submit one letter of reference from an individual other than a family member that speaks to the applicant's character, academic potential, and community involvement.
