The Alvah and Bessie Bell Highlands Memorial Scholarship is available to prospective or current female students in good standing in accordance with current institutional policies. Students must be business majors at Tennessee Technological University. They must be from Putnam, Jackson, White, or Overton counties. All students must enter the name and email address of at least one and up to three recommenders in order to submit the scholarship application. The deadline to apply is December 15, 2024, for new freshmen and current students or May 1, 2025, for new transfer & graduate students.
