The Brigadier General Donald B. Wagner and Jan Wagner Endowed Scholarship Fund is preferably given to students studying Health Policy and Administration within the Hankamer School of Business at Baylor University. This fund is awarded based on both need and merit. Need-based awards are determined using information from their FAFSA and CSS Profile. For graduate students, only the FAFSA is used to assess their needs, while international students' need is evaluated solely through the CSS Profile.
