The Washington State University National Merit Scholarship is available to both Washington residents and non-resident students who are identified as National Merit Scholarship semifinalists and are admitted to WSU Pullman. The National Merit Scholarship cannot be combined with a Regents Scholar Award, the University Achievement Award, the Cougar Academic Award, or the Visitation Award at WSU.
