The Washington State University National Merit Scholarship is available to both Washington residents and non-resident students who are identified as National Merit Scholarship semifinalists and are admitted to WSU Pullman. The National Merit Scholarship cannot be combined with a Regents Scholar Award, the University Achievement Award, the Cougar Academic Award, or the Visitation Award at WSU. Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, and transfer students are not eligible for this award. Please visit the scholarship's website for more information.
