They must have been accepted into a CAPTE-accredited PT program within the US. Applicants must also be a U.S. citizen or have DACA status. Crest scholarship recipients may renew their scholarship twice. Applicants must submit three essays and two letters of recommendation. Please ensure that the letters were written by a previous (or current) teacher, professor, coach, mentor, or industry professional (no family members will be accepted) and that the recommenders answer the following questions: How do you know the scholarship applicant? What qualities do you see in this individual? Why do you feel this individual should receive this scholarship? Please visit the scholarship's website or contact the Rizing Tide Foundation for more information.
