The Don Riebhoff Memorial Scholarship will be given to those with Active Technician Class License or higher. The applicant must be holding an amateur radio license for at least one year. Students must be enrolled at an accredited post-secondary institution. They must demonstrate academic merit, financial need and interest in promoting Amateur Radio. Preference will be given to an ARRL member. Preference will also be given to baccalaureate or higher degree candidates.
