1st Financial Bank USA wants to celebrate those who recognize the importance of pursuing educational and financial goals with the 1st Financial Bank USA Financial Goals Scholarship.
The Western Undergraduate Exchange (WUE) is an agreement among WICHE's 16 members, through which participating public colleges and universities provide steep nonresident tuition savings for Western students. Applicants must be a resident of a WICHE-region state or territory and applying to a participating public school in another Western state. Institutions may require a minimum GPA, exclude selected majors, have early application deadlines, and/or limit the number of students awarded the WUE rate. Students must contact the school's admissions, financial aid, or scholarship office to let them know they're seeking WUE. Students must apply directly to the schools. WICHE itself does not accept applications. The schools make all admissions and financial aid decisions. Indicate your interest in seeking WUE in your application. Students must also apply early. Please visit the scholarship's website or contact the Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education for more information.
